theproperty The area is called Weston and is near the airport. It is an extremely clean, safe, quiet area. The streetcar runs 24-hours a day and goes to Royal York subway station,, from there one can reach downtown in a half an hour.-- the 401 is across the street. Everything you want is near: huge malls (Supercentre) hospital, bar, parks, streetcar, etc. I am a teacher, a 'normal' guy/man.. am decent, clean, friendly,, I mind my own business and am unlikely to be in your face.. your privacy and your rights are very important. I am not into drugs, heavy parties,, anything else is fine.. one can smoke on the balcony. So, the living situation is good and can be changed. It comes with shared tv, cable, fully furnished, a/c and wireless. I would ask you to contribute, for all this, $600 per month (negotiable) If you just want to try it out, stay a short while, need a place fast , this is a good start.
