aboutus I have been a massage therapist for 5 years, focusing on sports massage and relaxation massage, professional and confidential (i.e. will not gossip). For the shy types a shoulder an neck massage and/or reflexology on the hands and feet is a great de-stresser. In a full massage you are covered the entire time with a sheet. Types of Massage:
Relaxation Massage: A smooth, flowing style that promotes general
relaxation, improves circulation and range of movement, and relieves
muscular tension.

Sports Massage: Combines different Massage techniques to enhance
sports performance and recuperation. An effective component of any
training program.
Reflexology: Using thumb and finger pressure on the reflex points of
the feet (which correspond to all areas of the body) to assist in
achieving balance within the body.

Couples Massage: 30 minutes of massage where the therapist and one
person works on the other, then the couple switches positions. This is
a great way for you to learn how to work on each other more
effectively.

Known Benefits:
1) Massage reduces waste products such as lactic acid & carbonic acid
that build up in muscles after activity and cause cramping,
discomfort, and irritability.
2) It also enhances the immune system and aids recovery from soft
tissue injuries by increasing blood circulation to injured areas.

and relieving congestion.
3) Massage acts as a "mechanical cleanser" pushing along the lymph and

Certified at Sister Rosalind Gefre’s School of Massage. 750 hour
program including all the previously listed modalities as well as 90+
